Latest Express Entry draw for Federal Skilled Trades category has cut-off CRS score of 284

The latest Express Entry draw was done in the Federal Skilled Trades Class on September 24. The ICCRC issued 400 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates.

The minimum CRS score for this draw was 284. It has been one of the lowest cut-off scores for this draw.

This was the 100th Express Entry draw since its introduction in 2015.

The last Express Entry draw held particularly for the ‘Federal Skilled Trades Class’ occurred on May 30, 2018.

The criteria to be eligible if in ‘Federal Skilled Trades Class’ are:

  • At least two years of full-time work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work experience) in a skilled trade within the last five years,
  • Meet all the job requirements for that skilled trade as set out in the National Occupational Classification.
  • Have a valid job offer of full-time employment for a total period of at least one year or a certificate of qualification in that skilled trade issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial or federal authority.
